
How can I get ELEVEN?
• ONE HD is available on Channel 1 in high definition (or on channel 12)
• TEN is available on Channel 10
• ELEVEN is available on Channel 11.
My TV won’t pick up ELEVEN. What should I do?
• If you select Channel 11 on your receiver and it doesn’t show ELEVEN, you may need to retune (re-scan) your receiver.
• If a retune doesn’t solve the problem, then it is advisable to reset the receiver to a factory default condition and then retune the receiver.
Why can’t I see ONE on 11 any more?
• ONE HD is only available from 15 December in high definition (on channels 1 and 12).
• You need to purchase a high definition set top box or HDTV to see ONE.
Why can’t I hear the sound on ONE HD any more?
• Some older receivers do not meet all required specifications and cannot distinguish Dolby Digital audio from other parts of the digital signal. If your receiver is not able to decode the Dolby Digital audio on ONE HD, you will need to purchase a new high definition set top box or HDTV to hear ONE HD.
Is ELEVEN be available on other platforms?
• Yes – Foxtel’s cable-connected customers can access ELEVEN on channel 131.
• On Austar Mystar boxes in Ten’s licence areas, ELEVEN will appear as channel 11. (Note: Other areas are subject to negotiations being completed with Southern Cross Media and WIN Television.)
• For Fetch TV, Telstra T-Box, TiVo viewers, ELEVEN should appear on 11 in TEN’s licence areas, but a re-tune (re-scan) might be required. Viewers should contact their service provider if they have any problems.
Will ELEVEN be on Freeview?
• Yes. ELEVEN is a Freeview service and will appear in the Freeview EPG.
Can I get ELEVEN on analog TV?
• No. ELEVEN is only available on digital television.
